Divide the percent by 100 and multiply by the number. For example, 20% of 150 is 0.20 x 150 = 30.
Subtract the old value from the new value, divide by the old value and multiply by 100. From 80 to 100 is (100 - 80) / 80 x 100 = 25% increase.
