No. Superbills, estimates, claim forms, letters and fax cover sheets are built in your browser. Patient details never reach Craftora, and nothing about a patient is stored on our servers.
What is saved in my account?
Only what you choose to save: your practice details (provider, NPI, Tax ID, license, address, logo and signature), your services and fees, and the recipients you fax or write to often. They fill in automatically in every medical tool, on any computer.
Do you sell provider or patient data?
No. We never sell, rent or share provider or patient data with anyone, and never use it for advertising.
Can I use these tools for a group practice?
Yes. Pro saves up to 5 practice profiles and Business up to 25, so each provider or location can have its own details, NPI and signature.
How many NPIs can I look up at once?
